Wolfburn Morven 2001 aniseed and datesDESCRIPTION A permanent release in the core range from the Wolfburn distillery in the Highlands. Lightly peated to 10ppms and matured in ex bourbon casks and quarter casks from Islay. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Initially smoky with hints of fruit and fresh sea air, accompanied by vanilla and oak wood shavings. Palate: Floral notes abound, followed by raisins and light spices.
